Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Process: Once your order is placed, it enters a processing phase where your items are carefully prepared for shipment. Typically, this process takes 1-3 business days. After processing, your order will be shipped via our selected carrier, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery within the USA generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by your location, the weight of the package, and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We also offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Yay, It's On Its Way! Once we hand your order off to the courier, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a "Track My Order" button. Just click it to follow your package's journey in real-time on our website!

Haven’t Seen Your Shipping Confirmation Yet? If your shipping confirmation hasn’t arrived in your inbox, it’s possible your order is part of a pre-order. Check the details in your original order confirmation email—it will let you know if your item was on pre-order and give you an estimated date for when it should arrive at our warehouse. Once it’s ready to go, you’ll get that shipping confirmation email with all the tracking details.

Pre-Orders & Availability

What Is a Pre-Order? A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock but is expected to be available soon. By pre-ordering, you secure the product before it becomes available to the general public. Please note that you will only be charged once at the time of purchase for your pre-order.

Restocking Pre-Orders: Sometimes, our products are so popular that they sell out before our next round of stock arrives at our fulfillment center. When this happens, we offer pre-orders for these items before they’ve physically arrived. Next to the product name, you’ll see the expected arrival date of the stock. Provided everything arrives as scheduled, we’ll ship out all pre-orders on the specified date.

Unrealized Pre-Orders: Occasionally, we offer pre-orders for new or exclusive products that are still in the final stages of development or production. These unrealized pre-orders allow you to secure a product that is yet to be fully realized or finalized. We’ll provide the best estimate of when these items will be available and keep you updated on the progress. If there are significant changes or delays, we’ll notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

Help With Your Order

Help, I Think My Order Is Lost/Hasn’t Been Delivered? Worried that your order might be lost on its way? Our couriers usually deliver within two (2) to eight (8) business days, but sometimes unexpected delays can happen. If your tracking shows a 'delayed' status, it means the delivery might take a bit longer.

If your order hasn’t arrived within ten (10) business days, please get in touch with us at help@hoodiewho.com, and we’ll work with the courier to look into the situation.

Please keep in mind that once your order is handed over to the courier, it’s in their care. We understand delays can be frustrating, but they’re sometimes out of our direct control. However, we’ll do our best to assist you and work with the courier to get any issues sorted out as soon as possible.

Address Changes & Special Delivery Options

Can I Change My Shipping Address? If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at help@hoodiewho.com after placing your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address for you.

Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to see if they can reroute the package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once the package is in transit.

Important Reminder: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. We can only send your order to the address you provide. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it and cannot take responsibility for it. Double-check your address carefully to avoid any issues!

Optional Signature Required: For orders over $100, we offer an optional signature-required delivery as an extra security measure to protect your items. You can choose this option during checkout to ensure your package is delivered directly into your hands.

'Leave in a Safe Place' Option and Responsibility: If you choose the 'leave in a safe place' option directly with our courier, please be aware that we will no longer take responsibility for the package once it has been delivered. This means the package will be left at your chosen location, and any loss or theft that occurs after delivery will be at your own risk.

Return Policy & Refunds

What Is Our Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer free returns within 15 days from the date your order is delivered or received.

Return Eligibility:
Not all items are eligible for return. Products excluded under our return policy will be noted on the product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery/receipt, and the item(s) must be shipped back promptly.
  • The item(s) should not have been marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase unless there’s a fault.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes all tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty packaging.

Condition Verification:
Before sending your item(s) back, please email us a photo of the item(s) so we can assess their condition. This helps us ensure the return is processed smoothly.

Bundle Refunds:
If you are returning part of a bundle, please note that the pricing for the remaining items will revert to the current sale price. Additionally, a $5 restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount for each returned item. Here’s how it works:

  • Example: If you purchased a bundle for $138 and decide to return one item, the remaining item will be priced at its current sale price (e.g., $84). The refund will be calculated as follows: $138 (bundle price) - $84 (kept item price) - $5 (restocking fee) = $49 refund.

This policy ensures that the bundle discount is only applied when the full bundle is kept, helping us maintain fair pricing for all our customers.

International Shipping

Do You Ship Internationally? Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
